RESTORATIVE CARE MISSION
We provide a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities who are transitioning from secure or inpatient settings. Our forensic step-down unit focuses on rehabilitation and recovery, helping individuals regain independence, build life skills, and prepare for community reintegration. We work closely with people who may have complex needs, a history of offending behaviour, or have been detained under the Mental Health Act, offering tailored support plans that promote dignity, stability, and long-term wellbeing. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates with each person to foster meaningful progress in a structured yet compassionate setting.
