We’re looking for qualified and compassionate RMNs or RNLDs who are dedicated to person-centred care. You’ll play a vital role in clinical decision-making, care planning, and guiding recovery journeys in a therapeutic setting. Whether you’re newly qualified or experienced, we offer mentoring and ongoing professional development.
Activity Coordinators
Do you have experience leading care teams in MH or LD settings? As a Team Leader, you’ll supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high standards of support are consistently delivered. We’re looking for confident, motivated individuals with strong people skills and a calm, solution-focused approach.
Mental Health & Learning
Disability Support Workers
As a Support Worker, you’ll be on the front line of care—offering practical and emotional support that helps our service users move toward independence. If you’re kind, reliable, and ready to learn, we’ll provide full training and career progression opportunities.
TEAM LEADERS
